I finally found the perfect used car but it was 800 miles away!! It’s difficult to buy a car sight-unseen but this one was a Certified Pre-Owned that checked all the boxes for me and my salesman, Kirk made away!! Kirk let me inspect the vehicle using FaceTime so I was able to see everything that I wanted to look at up close. The price he quoted was what I paid — no unexpected add-on fees, etc. All the paperwork was handled by Kirk quickly via overnight delivery and he even helped photograph the car being prepped for shipment to my home. And the title arrived the morning after the car was delivered! I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates and Kirk Anderson!! More

Kirk Anderson and Tom Herwehe. were very accommodating, patient and easy to work with. Wed had a lot of questions and they had the answers. We have owned or leased Mercedes cars since 2005. Their service center provides the same level of courtesy and professional relationship as the sales department. It is easy to return to this dealership to buy and have maintenance work performed when you know the entire dealership is there to serve you as a totally committed organization.
