I walked into your service department aksing for an appointment. They took me immediately and were able to schedule an appointment on the spot. As he always does, Keith provided exceptional service and took the time to answer all of my questions about my car. The Service Department was ready for me at the exact time of my appointment. The car was thoroughly expected and Keith and the technician brought a problem that I was not aware of to my attention. That problem was repaired and my car was returned to me the same day with no unnecessary delay. It is always a pleasure to take my car in for servicing. Since Keith has been in the Service Department, both my husband, my son, and I have felt confident purchasing additional cars from Garavel. If I am correct, we have purchased seven.
