Very , kind, professional and knowledgeable and personable as he was 10 years ago for my daughter getting her Grand Prix. After disillusionment and some learning I was thrilled my daughter said she'll call Ermer for me after scanning website and seeing if he was still there, and he started and could text me videos. I am so happy with my 22 Buick Encore I could jump for joy! He made it easy, and enjoyable.
