Purchased my Cadillac in 2020 and haven't had a single issue until this week. I called Kirk Linderer at Sapaugh GMC in Herculaneum(he originally helped me with my trade in for the purchase) and he coordi issue until this week. I called Kirk Linderer at Sapaugh GMC in Herculaneum(he originally helped me with my trade in for the purchase) and he coordinated the entire repair, from picking up the car for me, giving me the information on my warranty and getting the repair turned around in just 2 days! While in the repair shop, they also cleaned my car so that when I picked it up it was much cleaner than when they got it!! I can't say enough about Kirk and everyone involved in getting my car fixed and back to me in record time! I'll only do business with Kirk and Sapaugh!!Thank you so much! More

Bought my vehicle and had it shipped to me and the temp tag did not come with the vehicle and did not come with the title in the mail. Vehicle has been sitting in my driveway absolutely worthless to me for tag did not come with the vehicle and did not come with the title in the mail. Dealership didn't even offer to overnight me the temp tag to fulfill my purchase to right the wrong. More
