two words totally awsome I received a phone call from Scott Pittenger of a Tiguan. He then turned me over to Carlos Casanova. The whole process was short and sweet. Then was delivered to Kirk Yost for finance and that went very well. The whole experience was a piece of cake. Now I have the car I wanted and am happy again for the forth time. I think I will stay with Rusty Wallis for life . When I brought the car in for the plates I was welcomed by Evan Steele and not only did they put the plates on they washed it as well. 2012 GTI I went in not really knowing what to expect. I figured I would have to haggle my way around and say no a lot. Not at all. Robert Hill showed me the only used GTI on the lot and was instantly convinced it would be mine, if the price was in my budget. I told them what I could pay and that was that. No fuss. No worry. My first car I have ever bought and when the sad day comes I have to get a new I'm going back to Rusty Wallis VW and trading up. THANK Y'ALL!!! More

Excelent Place to get your new ride! I recently traded my subaru for a 2014 Jetta and to be honest I wasn't quite happy with it.. I needed something a little bit sportier... I came back 4 I recently traded my subaru for a 2014 Jetta and to be honest I wasn't quite happy with it.. I needed something a little bit sportier... I came back 4 months later hoping to trade the Jetta and Carlos and Rey went far and beyond to please me as a customer. Thank you guys! Kirks and Aaron rock at the service department... I live closer to another VW dealership but I would travel all the way to Garland just because of their awesome service! Thanks guys! And... Kirk at finance... You rock too! More
