two words totally awsome I received a phone call from Scott Pittenger of a Tiguan. He then turned me over to Carlos Casanova. The whole process was short and sweet. I think I will stay with Rusty Wallis for life . When I brought the car in for the plates I was welcomed by Evan Steele and not only did they put the plates on they washed it as well. I appreciate how Aaron made me feel comfortable with the 80,000 mile service and explained everything in detail. I have dealt with two different service consultants previously at Rusty Wallis and they were also very nice. I just felt more connected dealing with her about my car. I plan to take my car back to Aaron for every visit. I just hit 100,000 on the car and I do plan to go for another 100,000 at least. The day shuttle driver, Jim, is very polite and always dependable. I have found the cashiers to be very friendly and helpful with all of my questions also. The dealer is always clean and the waiting room is very comfortable. More
