My experience with this dealership has been a complete nightmare. From getting someone else’s contract information, to not paying off my trade-in for almost a month. I've been trying to get a hold of a ma nightmare. From getting someone else’s contract information, to not paying off my trade-in for almost a month. I've been trying to get a hold of a manager since the purchase of my vehicle and I'm still waiting, voice-mail is full and the webpage to contact the GM doesn't allow you to submit your question. I stopped going to the dealership after the finance manager called me a liar. DO NOT BUY HERE! More

Carried away in a Kia! I just switched from a long time Nissan family to becoming part of the Kia family. Ray Paz was so helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was inter I just switched from a long time Nissan family to becoming part of the Kia family. Ray Paz was so helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He was patient and answered all my questions plus told me even more about the 2024 Telluride that I didn't know about. He was also able to find the exact car I was looking for...model, accessories, and color. I didn't spend all day at a dealer having to deal with the process either. He made it so simple and pleasurable. We will need More Excellent Greenway Kia West More
