The warranty period on my car has ended but I still go back to Volvo Cars Santa Monica because it is alwys a good experience. Klaus and Robert are always pleasant and Klaus doublechecks to see if there a back to Volvo Cars Santa Monica because it is alwys a good experience. I recently brought my car in for service at Volvo Cars Santa Monica, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I also want to especially thank Robert Munoz for his professionalism and kindness. After I left, he proactively contacted me to let me know that I had accidentally left my wallet at the dealership. Realizing it was safe there immediately gave me so much peace of mind. That level of honesty and care really means a lot. More

I have a 100,000 mile warranty on my Volvo XC60 and when I came in to do a service that should be covered under my warranty, I was dennied the coverage and had to pay out of pocket. I did reach out to Volvo corporate to express my fustration. I hope they able to reverse my charge for the service. More
