I've always had a really good experience. Klaus, as always, was very helpful. However, this time, I had two issues. The first being: I was stunned that a $5000 problem could stem from a blocked cowl drain. This is a really high end car -- and this is a serious design flaw. Why is there no debris screen over that tiny drain? I actually put one in myself. 2: I was a little taken aback when Volvo didn't provide a loaner. With this much expense and inconvenience, extending that courtesy would have really gone a long way towards dealer appreciation. More
