I have had my car repairs done exclusively at Volvo Santa Monica for the last 10 years. I trust them to do a good job and I am happy that they keep my car running efficiently. More

This is the second service in a row that I have come out with more significant problems than coming in with, which is very concerning for me and very convenient for them. The first time I brought my car in with more significant problems than coming in with, which is very concerning for me and very convenient for them. The first time I brought my car in, as soon as I picked the car up, every sensor was going off as if something was about to hit my car… non stop, constantly, which is incredibly annoying and woke my baby up multiple times. I called and Robert immediately took responsibility saying a sensor was probably pushed in during their complimentary car wash. He told me some things to try at home, none worked. He told me to bring it in, and “looked” at it while in PARK, and when it didn’t do it he sent us on our way, even when I have multiple videos showing it doing it. I contacted him again as it wont stop and he said I would need to pay to just have it looked at and then paid to be fixed (when he already took responsibility). I can’t afford that so I’ve been dealing with it ever since. Second service, brought it in, came out with lights on. “Power steering temporarily disabled” and “auto start/stop needs servicing”. Both immediately after picking up the car. I messaged them about it and was completely ignored. So take a lesson from my mistakes and don’t bring your car here for service unless you want them to purposely mess up your car so you have to pay more money to them. More
