They took care of me and my car nicely. My only issue was the ride back home with the Uber just FYI the car was so dirty so as the driver that I had to ask to have him role my window and I My only issue was the ride back home with the Uber just FYI the car was so dirty so as the driver that I had to ask to have him role my window and I could see sign of discussing dirt on the door next to me as though someone didn’t have tissue to blow their nose and used the door as a tissue it was terrible got so sick looking at it and being there. Not sure if you need to let Uber know this?! Otherwise everything else went well More

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Klaus and his team at Volvo Cars Santa Monica. Last Tuesday evening, my car suddenly displayed a “Propulsion System Service Required” warning and went into his team at Volvo Cars Santa Monica. Last Tuesday evening, my car suddenly displayed a “Propulsion System Service Required” warning and went into limited-speed mode. I had no choice but to call for a tow. The next day, I brought it to Klaus’s service team, and they carefully maintained the vehicle and performed a software update to resolve the issue. I deeply appreciate Klaus and the Volvo Santa Monica Service team—they remain as trustworthy and dependable as ever. However, I must express my disappointment with Volvo’s vehicle quality, which has fallen far below my expectations. Last year, the air conditioning system failed to operate properly, and this year the propulsion system malfunctioned. I am starting to seriously doubt whether purchasing a Volvo was the right decision for me. More
