My only complaint would be, 2 people called me to confirm our appointment time, but when we got there the car wasn't washed or detailed ready to go. We had our truck in there for over 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Also the team that was supposed to detail my brand new Jeep is not great either. There is tons of dirt/mud all over the underside of the Jeep and in the door jams, plus whatever they put on afterwards has left spots all over the entire Jeep. More
