Everytime I have come here I have been treated very well. I am especially pleased with all the mechanics here who always give it to me straight about problems with my car. They dont try to take me for grante I am especially pleased with all the mechanics here who always give it to me straight about problems with my car. Worked out a great deal with Bobby on a new 2019 Altima SR 2.0 Very disappointed in the condition it was delivered. Was not properly detailed. Brought it back to be detailed again and it was essentially SR 2.0 Very disappointed in the condition it was delivered. Was not properly detailed. Brought it back to be detailed again and it was essentially the same as first time I picked it up. After blowing up over it to Bobby, Frank, and Mike in service, I went to lunch and returned to a properly detailed vehicle. Love the car, but a new care should be delivered in show room condition the first time, not the 3rd. More

My Leasing Experience at Ganley Nissan My Husband and I have been buying and leasing cars from Ganley Nissan when they were located in Shaker Heights, Ohio. We leased our first 1994 Nissan My Husband and I have been buying and leasing cars from Ganley Nissan when they were located in Shaker Heights, Ohio. We leased our first 1994 Nissan Altima from Ganley Nissan, we were so pleased with the cars performance that we kept the car and traded it in for a 2000 Nissan Maxima. We also bought a used 1999 Ford Explorer from the dealership as a second car. In March of 2017 we leased a 2017 Altima and a 2017 Murano . Jim Humphrey has always been our salesman he is the best. We have been buying and leasing cars from Ganley Nissan for over 20 years. Why would we go anywhere else. the whole staff is very courteous and helpful. We had to return our leased cars. But we leased one car and it was a 2020 Nissan Murano Cayenne Red with cashmere interior. My friends and family says its beautiful. Thank You Ganley Nissan JT and RC More

Great Service I took my 2019 Nissan Murano to Ganley's following a visit to 2 other Ohio Nissan Dealerships that could not fix the issue with the vehicle. My servi I took my 2019 Nissan Murano to Ganley's following a visit to 2 other Ohio Nissan Dealerships that could not fix the issue with the vehicle. My service advisor Korey Kainec took ownership of the problem, worked with Nissan Corporate Lease staff to correct the issue with vehicle. Even though the repair process took another trip to the dealership (no fault of the dealership), I was impressed with Korey's friendliness ,customer service focus and professionalism. Ganley's is lucky to have him as an employee. More
