We were given false information on the car which included the miles and they we were supposed to get new car rates upon purchasing the loaner vehicle. Also, the vehicle was not cleaned before we saw it. Kody was rude and very unprofessional in his ways. We felt he was fine with us just leaving being upset. He acted like he knew everything but DID NOT!
