Kris opened DLR in 2004 with the idea that the car business did not have to be business as usual. Built on 10 core principles you can still find written on his wall, by 2008 DLR had become the 2nd highest volume Internet Auction Retailer in the Nation. When not at work Kris is active in his local Church and enjoys spending time with his wife, Victoria and 2 children, Asher & Beckett. Kris Gaerlan GM….“What really drives this place is great people. Great employees make great businesses. It is just that simple" DLR Core Principles • Be honest • Be fair • Be valuable • Be trustworthy • Be willing to work for it • Do what you say you are going to do (say you will do something) • GOLDEN RULE • Treat coworkers and customers with the same regard • Act as if your family/children were watching you • Don’t dodge the question

This dealership is amazing from start to finish. Top shelf service all the way. It looks like an inside car candy store. All of the cars are quality cars and quality staff ready and willing to serve Top shelf service all the way. It looks like an inside car candy store. All of the cars are quality cars and quality staff ready and willing to serve not just sell. We had such a great experience, we bought a truck and a car. I can't stop sharing my experience with anyone that will listen. Our sales guy, Bobby, made sure we were very satisfied! This was the best experience that I have ever had in purchasing a car. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a well kept used vehicle in great condition with a decent price backed by quality service. More
