Mike Brainard is THE BEST!!! We just bought a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country Touring Van with him!! Their prices were undoubtedly the BEST!!! Mike went above and beyond for us. He started by picking us Chrysler Town & Country Touring Van with him!! Their prices were undoubtedly the BEST!!! Mike went above and beyond for us. He started by picking us up at the airport, then we went for a test drive and he explained all the options the van had. He explained all the paperwork. He already had our loan approved when we arrived. The General Manager stopped in to thank us for purchasing through them. Everyone was very friendly that we met. This is a no haggle dealership and they didn’t need to haggle because they definitely had the best price. I highly recommend Mike Brainard ask for him!! He even ordered and mailed to us the headsets and remote that we’re missing!! Great guy!!! Can’t say enough good things about him!!! We highly recommend Mike Brainard and Dallas Lease Returns and we will definitely use them again for our next vehicle. Best car buying experience I’ve had in a long time!!! More
