JUST STAY AWAY!!!! With all the dealerships that are around I landed at this f****bull***t place that are full of lies... It's been 3 months I shouldn't be in contact w With all the dealerships that are around I landed at this f****bull***t place that are full of lies... It's been 3 months I shouldn't be in contact with the dealer about my freaking plates!!!!! ... I purchased a vehicle under 40,000miles... I shouldn't be taken it for repairs...I totally regret going there....STAY AWAY!!!! More

Chris Mikell made my purchase experience better than I could have ever imagined it would be. As a former Finance Manger at a Nissan store I know first hand just how difficult and terrible the experience could have ever imagined it would be. As a former Finance Manger at a Nissan store I know first hand just how difficult and terrible the experience can be when purchasing a vehicle. With absoulutely no games and no hassle Chris showed me the vehicle I was interested in, valued my trade, and gave me the numbers very straight forward. I took a day to think about it and he allowed me to do that without any hassle. I came back in to finalize the transaction and everything was on paper exactly as we had agreed upon. I singed paperwork and left with my new used vehicle in less than 30 minutes. Chris and the team at Dallas Lease Returns are a model for how Car Dealerships should do business. After so many bad episodes from other dealers throughout my life, going thru the process has never been one wanting to do. Like going to dentist. However after visiting with Kris and watching other sales pe my life, going thru the process has never been one wanting to do. Like going to dentist. However after visiting with Kris and watching other sales personal during visits, I became very comfortable that I was in the right place.
