It's painful and takes for ever, however from the first email to viewing of the car and it's purchase; it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. It started off with Kris LeSueur responding to my emails in a timely manner, answering my questions and being honest and helpful. When it came time to view the vehicle the employees were respectful and eager to help us with our selection. There was no intimidation or pressure of any kind. The actual purchase was done with digital signatures and the documents were emailed to us. It took less than half the time of any other car buying experience I've had and I didn't walk out of there wondering if I got a good deal or not. Kris was exceptional, he paired my phone and went over all the features of the car with me. When I left with my new car I felt respected and fully informed and I can't say enough about this dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest company to do business with.
