I have been a Master Sales Consultant through training, sales numbers, and satisfied customer survey scores. Through the years of helping people select and purchase vehicles, I have earned Sales People of the Year multiple times! I have held many titles, including manager, but enjoy selling the most! I absolutely love being a part of a family driving home in a bigger vehicle for their growing family, or a teenager being surprised with their first car, or when an older couple tells me they want to buy one last new car in their lifetime!!! Beware! Dishonest people!!! They will not refund your deposit, even if they SELL THE CAR! And, when you call in they record your conversation as "quality Dishonest people!!! They will not refund your deposit, even if they SELL THE CAR! And, when you call in they record your conversation as "quality assurance" but use the recording later if you dispute something. I received the deal sheet via e-mail with a statement that my $1,000 was non-refundable, but would not sign it. Didn't matter, just because they sent it to me, they consider that a done deal. And the sales person will be your best friend until you say you can't buy the car. She will say one thing on the recorded line, but something different on her personal cell phone. I never signed anything, yet they have my $1,000 and refuse to refund it. Luckily American Express did refund it, but the dealership is still fighting it rather than doing the right thing. Money is everything to these people, not the customer. So beware. And remember you will be recorded if you call in to talk to these people. "Quality assurance" they say... More
