Excellent from start to finish ! I recently retired and currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've always dreamed of having a fishing cabin right on a river - so I also recen I recently retired and currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've always dreamed of having a fishing cabin right on a river - so I also recently bought property on the Trinity River in Northern California. I've owned Toyota 4Runners before and they're perfect for all weather, teenager, off-road adventures and getting to those "word of mouth only" fishing holes. I decided on a budget of $30K (more or less) along with the model, color, interior, options, etc. that I desired. I also decided that it would be fun to fly somewhere to pick up and drive home. Then I began my hunt. Specific configuration, low miles, "real" (I found more than one listing that turned out to be otherwise) and the best price and service. It took some time, lots of time over a couple weeks, but I located three 4Runners that fit the profile. One of those ended up being "not real" - so I pursued the other two - one in Montana, the other in Arizona. The Lithia Toyota dealership in Billings, Montana, was so exceptional AND HONEST that I bought my low miles (8900) 2014 blue with tan interior, tow package, etc. from them - sight unseen. If you're looking for a 4runner (or any Toyota for that matter) - make it an adventure like I did and go see Greg and Kristen in Billings. They Rock ! More

They were very patient and helpful, which Kristen was last time also for our first lease, but the bar was set very high this time and she did wonderful and we are so thankful to have this vehicle!! Jake did our vehicle test drive ect, he knew his stuff!! Very informative, helpful and patient, even with a fussy baby along for the ride! I have no doubts that I could call him today with any question and he would be more than helpful! Everyone we worked with in this process was very helpful, patient and professional. More

I was informed when my car was going to arrive, when it would be ready to pick up and given an invoice so I knew what the price would be before I drove up to Billings to get it. Jerry McKeen spent 4 hours going over all the SUV's manuals, buttons in the vehicle, and he paired my phone so I could use the features of Entune right away! He walked my husband through the various dept. of the dealership, and introduced us to each one. I have never had such a positive experience like this, and it made us both feel appreciated. More

She was great to work with and kept on contact through this process. I bought a Toyota 2015 Rav 4 from jake gruel the salesman in was pared with. He was patient as I looked at the stock. He was knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Now for the above and beyond. While my wife waited for me, my youngest threw up in our other car. We took the our other car back the next day to see if the dealership could clean it as we were new to town. No one was available, so jake took it back and cleaned it himself. He had already closed the deal, but did this for us anyways. I would buy a car from this dealership and this salesman again. More

WORTH THE WAIT We pulled on the lot at 9:30 am, picked the vehicle we wanted before 10, and drove home in the vehicle we chose at 5:30 pm. The Dealership matched the interest rate of the bank, but only after 4 times... Why don't they just start out at the lowest? We love the truck; Max the salesman was GREAT (we are very picky, and hard to deal with!) We bought a 2015 Tundra Beartooth Edition. Awesome truck! More

They gave us as much time as we needed to make informed decisions all the way through to buying a new Tacoma. I first talked with Kristen Paulsen by phone. Her skills in locating possible vehicles that we would be interested in were outstanding. Although the dealership did not have the exact model, she located two trucks in stock that had a combination of these features. She is articulate, responsive and caring. With her help we felt confident that our trip from Bozeman to Billings would be productive. Once we were at the dealership we spoke with her and she introduced us to their salesman Max Erickson. Max did a super job in helping my husband determine the model that would be right for him, which incidentally was not the truck he originally had in mind. Max was patient and friendly. He responds thoughtfully and honestly to questions asked. He gave us all the time we needed to make an intelligent decision. He was outstanding as a salesman. We had two low mileage Toyota vehicles that we wished to trade. The Sales Manager, Patrick O'Neil was very professional, thoughtful and courteous. Together we reached a deal where Lithia took in the two vehicles and we drove home in a 2015 Tacoma. All this said, we started out this journey "just to look!" Phil in the Finance Department was very nice, helpful and pleasant as well. Our experience at Lithia Toyota of Billings was super! Without exception, each of the people we dealt with were helpful, thoughtful and professional. We were given ample time to make decisions without unwanted sales pressure.
