Our experience with Brittany however was quite different and disappointing. After we had written our check for the vehicle in the amount we agreed upon, Brittany tried to sell us additional warranties. After making it very clear we were not going to spend any more money she persisted pushing her products.continueing to lower the warranty prices. Once Bill finally convinced her we were not going to spend any more money her attitude completely changed. She was short, rude and unprofessional. We walked out of there feeling scolded and belittled. Not what we expected after writing a check for $50,000. This experience with Brittney over shadowed and spoiled the experience of buying a new car. Once again this has nothing to do with Kristen. She was wonderful to work with. We know this experience disappointed her as well. More

Over and above! I had applied for a loan online and Kristen sent all the financing information and options to me before I traveled to the dealership. She then spoke with me on the phone and had the PERFECT truck selected for me with options that I hadn’t even thought of but LOVE. Kristen was with a customer when I arrived so she had Rick work with me. It was such a smooth transition and I was impressed that she didn't have me sit and wait on her. It was a team approach with the customer getting the best service at Lithia. Rick was exceptional! He, very patiently, walked me through all the features of the Tacoma and accompanied me on the test drive. He also picked me up at the airport since I had to return the rental car. Once we got back to the dealership, he stayed with me and set up the navigation and voice recognition system in the truck. I was so grateful because I encountered a terrible storm driving home but felt safe knowing that I wouldn’t miss a turn. My overall experience was waaaay better than expected! The people at Lithia go over and above!! More
