She knows the cars, and she didn't push....a great quality. Kristi understood what we needed, and in the end....she delivered. We also saw Al Pellizzeri , Customer Relations Manager. He was extremely helpful, and has a great personality. Both Kristi and Al are huge assets at Family. Paul in Finance was easy to work with, and knows his job. Graham Watson is the General Manager. He leads by example, and you can see how everyone works like a well oiled machine. Our two standouts....Krist and Al are definite assets to Family Hyundai!
