The worst customer service experience I have ever had.. p bought my suv s week ago and the windshield cracked . Brought to RC Hill service department. The girls got me loaner car looked at my windshield told bought my suv s week ago and the windshield cracked . Brought to RC Hill service department. The girls got me loaner car looked at my windshield told me they could not figure out why it cracked and that Kristian the device manager would have to look at it, kristian shows up does not see me and says we are not covering that windshield and customer will have to call his insurance, I say no I would like you to look at it I think it is a defective windshield he looks at me and says no your insurance will cover it. I said do your going to be a jerk about this and he flipped out told me to leave if I did not like his answer then h came out looked at it said yup impact damage see ya. I go back inside he said to the office girls he is not getting a loaner car he can get a rental. Treated me like a piece of garbage. I am stunned by the lack of listening to your customer and how Kristian was acting so unprofessional his lack of customer service and management is noticeable. I will tell everyone to know not to get there Mitsubishi serviced at this dealership. I have purchased two 2019 Mitsubishi from this dealer and the sales folks are fantastic but Kristian in service should be fired for how he treated your customer. More
