I dealt with Kristen and she was so polite while I was looking at my new Jeep. She answered all of my questions about the warranty and history of the Jeep. I love how unbelievably clean the car was. Not a scratch or dent in it and all of the suspension was original indicating that it had never been in any collisions which matches the description and clean carfax. She probably thought I was a little crazy for climbing under the car to check for any signs of repairs but was very respectful and was happy to let me take my time to look it over. And they let me test drive it as long as I wished. I was a little weary about not being able to take it out on the highway so I made sure to check over the car very closely. And she assured me if there was any issues at all they would fix them. They also shopped around for me to get the best interest rate possible. They also provided multiple options for loans and warranties on the car. At the end of the day they got me exactly what I was looking to pay and I was able to drive my jeep home that evening. They were even polite enough to stay late while going through all of the paperwork. I’ve now owned my jeep for about 3 weeks and I love it! Thank you to Kristen and the whole sales team at Novak!
