Novak provided a great experience in buying a used vehicle, far from the stereotypical grimy used car salesmen you see in many smaller dealerships. I walked into this dealership thinking I wouldn’t commit to a purchase but the vehicles they have are extremely clean, combined with an inclusive lifetime powertrain warranty, that I just couldn’t walk away from a deal. The car was reasonably priced and the deal was very fair. If buying a used car I will definitely consider Novak for a future purchase. More
