I worked with Kristin and the Novak team this week for my first car purchase and couldn’t be more grateful for them. The car buying process was so easy and they even took care of everything with DMV so I did first car purchase and couldn’t be more grateful for them. I didn’t feel like I was trying to be sold on extra products or services and they took no as an answer if I didn’t want something, which is a big plus for me.
