Germain Honda is a very professional organization. Kiara Ruiz did the bulk of the face-to-face work and kept everything in motion being New Years Days with limited staff. Update: Took my car back in but waited in the lobby this time. They took about 30 minutes. Which I appreciate the courteous and prompt service. Picked up, all fine but then noticed another problem and now having to take it back again. We dont live nearby so it has been time consuming for sure. I would assume service tech would make sure all electrical issues were good but apparently not. They dont check. More
