Always a great experience Originally a Honda customer, tried the Lincoln Navigator and went back to Honda. Need I say more? Been a Honda customer for over 15 years. Enough about the vehicle, let's talk about the personal service. We have always had great customer service. From the sales person, parts department, cashiers, service department and the people that take care of the coffee bar. Always a smile and asking "what else" can we do for you. Our latest experience was with Dave Kemp. Brought my husbands car in for maintenance and ended up trading it in for a 2017 Accord Touring. Dave was a pleasure to work with. Upon delivery of the new vehicle, Dave was very thorough in explaining all the "bells and whistles". Very patient and encouraged us to call him if we had any further questions. Valley Honda knows "customer service". We highly recommended this dealership. More

A very professional staff. A pleasant car buying experience. I was working with three dealerships looking to upgrade from my 2013 Accord to the 2016 with the navigation and sensor package. Met with Alicia Roman, I was working with three dealerships looking to upgrade from my 2013 Accord to the 2016 with the navigation and sensor package. Met with Alicia Roman, test drove the car that I eventually purchased. I was trading in my 2013 Accord and was just concerned with what I was to pay for the 2016. The price wasn't right for me to make the deal on my first visit to Valley Honda, but Alicia followed up with me and presented the right number for me to make the purchase.
