It says a multi point inspection was done in addition to oil change but there was no checklist or mention of any issues. The dealership its self has been a big help and easy to work with. How ever the Chevy I bought has had issues since day two of owning it. Hopefully things get resolved soon. Sched appt. for "Chk Engine" light on 2024 Corvette. Took car back for diagnosis on May 6. Called Service dept 5 times... on May 9. no response. No rtn call, ca for "Chk Engine" light on 2024 Corvette. Took car back for diagnosis on May 6. Called Service dept 5 times... on May 9. no response. No rtn call, car not found on Saturday May 10. Was called on Monday 5/12. "Chk Engine" light was for computer "Update". When I went to retrieve the car, it wasn't with the other Corvettes in the "Lane" with the other premium cars, it was found outside, Engine bay appeared to have been left outside for several days. Not a good representation of quality service. Calls not answered or returned with any progress report. This is not my first Corvette, or my first new Chevy. Not necessarily a great experience. Shawn Howe was not available on the service desk to smooth the ripples. Feel free to call. More

At one time before we were happy with the service but last time our service was very slow and communication was poor. We had 3 requests for service and let them know what we accepted and declined on lin last time our service was very slow and communication was poor. We had 3 requests for service and let them know what we accepted and declined on line thru their website. It took almost 3 weeks and I had to call about my car. Received a call from service manager later after I picked my car up and he told me he would check to see why it took so long never got a call back. No problem I’ll take it somewhere else. More
