The service department is good; I am definitely not so happy with the 2025 Chevy Traverse purchase as it seems to have some unsettling issues (squealing brakes) that of course I get resolved for extra cos happy with the 2025 Chevy Traverse purchase as it seems to have some unsettling issues (squealing brakes) that of course I get resolved for extra cost - it has been that way since I bought it. The vehicle in general by year / make is having many engine - transmission problems and I do hope that is not the case for mine. I have been using James Woods for my service for 10 years. Until last year I have had total faith in them. This last 1-2 years it has been less. during the remodel it was hit and miss then total turn years. Until last year I have had total faith in them. This last 1-2 years it has been less. during the remodel it was hit and miss then total turn over in service staff. You call to set appointment and the call is not returned. You come by and make an appointment. I am hoping that they return to my former state of appreciation. More
