Dipak, Daniel, Krystal, everyone we worked with to lease our new car was amazing, kind, and patient. We wanted to hit a monthly payment amount and weren’t sure what we needed to put down to hit that target, our new car was amazing, kind, and patient. We wanted to hit a monthly payment amount and weren’t sure what we needed to put down to hit that target, so when it was too high, we found a new amount that we could put down and ran the numbers again. Repeat x4. I could definitely imagine being in Dipak’s shoes, having to run back to the financial desk to run the new numbers each time and I would be hard pressed to not feel at least a little annoyed! If he was, he certainly didn’t show it and I can’t possibly state enough just how much that saved us from feeling bad and having undue anxiety during the process. It genuinely felt like everyone we talked to wanted to help, made us feel like there were no stupid questions, no dumb requests. Thank you all so much! More
