He/Criswell accepted my wife's leased 2019 Mercedes AMG GLE 43, as a trade in. In this COVID-19 times, where people/businesses/financial institutions have been hard hit, Criswell Maserati and especially the sales Guru-Karifa Mara, found a way to facilitate the purchase of an especially beautiful car, making it possible for me to surprise my wife with the gift of her own Maserati. The professionalism, dedication and seeming honesty of the Criswell staff, is much appreciated. While "the house always wins", it seems that Karifa and Krystie, want above and beyond, to broker a very good deal for this purchase transaction. Hands down the BEST Alfa Romeo dealership in the metropolitan Washington, DC area. This is my second Stelvio that I’ve had and I will only go back to Criswell AR for service or sales although it is metropolitan Washington, DC area. James in Sales and Kristie in Finance and Anthony in Service are professional, courteous and patient with me and my situation. I had purchased from a dealership that is no longer around, and had therefore serviced my Stelvio at yet another dealership before I stumbled upon Criswell in Germantown. The level of service at Criswell and caring they extend, like they appreciate you are their customer is by far the best of the three Alfa Romeo dealerships in the area I’ve encountered. Customer service is incredibly important in my book. I can’t say enough great things about how positive and efficient my experience was here. If looking for an Alfa Romeo don’t waste your time going elsewhere. More
