the guy justin was screaming at me when jessica kindly ask him about my truck and he screamed at me treatme with no respect i brought my truck as always when i see something is wrong or a light or oil ch ask him about my truck and he screamed at me treatme with no respect i brought my truck as always when i see something is wrong or a light or oil change since i buy ithe truck there,he didnt even check he say he was alone and cannot do everything and i suggest him to talk to the boss but he has to be kind and do a customer service, jessica was so kind and since then her and katie resolve all my problems i really suggest to not go around justins lunch time he become so agressive thank you jessica and katie for the great service.its sad this guy feels with this big power am a customer and i pay wherever it need to be pay . Gotten very expensive - oil change was $121 and change, I can get it cheaper, synthetic oil even for about $75. But the main reason I went there was for one service advisor who knows my vehicle, business, e can get it cheaper, synthetic oil even for about $75.
