I thought that AWD meant that all 4 wheels moved all of the time... Therefore my salesmen was an educator FIRST and a salesman second. On my meeting with KURT I told him I was debating between a TOYOTA or a HONDA suv. So he discussed the two cars and simply stated both cars are top notch. I told him I was leaning toward as HONDA, but I had no idea which type of SUV I wanted. So he took time to show me several including a RAV4. He knew I wanted a light color and he stayed with in my budget$$$ when he showed me a car. MOST IMPORTANTLY - at no time during this experience did I feel any pressure. More
