We didn't feel ANY pressure to decide. Kurt was only there to help us. Whatever question or concern we had was answered with speed and honesty. Kurt would have spent all day helping us if we needed. Great guy. Mungenast Honda was clean, organized and efficient. We went through their financing department during their busiest time and they were still fast. We traded in a car as well, and they gave us a good price for it. I would (and well) recommend Mungenast to all our friends and family looking for a good car at a great price. More

It's a Jeep Thing. I have been searching for a used Jeep Wrangler for months and finally found "the one" at Mungenast Honda on-line. Was quoted a reduced internet price I have been searching for a used Jeep Wrangler for months and finally found "the one" at Mungenast Honda on-line. Was quoted a reduced internet price and after working with the Salesman (Kurt Marty), negotiated an even greater discount based on my status as a military veteran. Although Mungenast doesn't advertise a military discount (all dealers should), they not only honored a competitors military discount, they exceeded it by over $100. Kurt is one of the easiest car salesmen I've ever had the pleasure to work with and would recommend him to anyone interested in a used vehicle. The only problem I encountered preventing me from giving this dealership a five-star rating was the fact that after I told Kurt we were preapproved for a loan through our credit union, the credit manager ("Brandon") stalled for time with no explanation why until our credit union closed at 12:00 pm Noon (it was a Saturday), presumably so the dealership could get a commission from one of their financing sources. Other than this excessive and unnecessary waiting period to process our loan, it was an enjoyable buying experience. One final suggestion - I think it would be good for customer relations if the dealership let the buyer drive off with a FULL tank of gas, regardless of whether buying a new or used vehicle (ours had half a tank and when asked about it, made no inclination to fill the tank regardless of the fact that we had just spent thousands of dollars purchasing a vehicle. Still, I would recommend Kurt and the dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle. More

The most recent purchase of a 2014 CRV Honda Certified was the same as the prior 7 excellent experiences. Kurt Marty responded quickly to our email requests and had the available car ready to look at upon arrival. Kurt was straight forward, to the point and in no time at all we agreed on a fair and reasonable price. I challenged Kurt to have the vehicle ready the next day at 11:30am and get us off the lot by noon. Kurt and the Mungenast Team rose to the occasion. We actually showed up late at 11:40am and were off the lot by 11:55am. Now that's service. The vehicle is immaculate and if I din't know any better would claim it to be brand new.
