Went to look at cars, just looking at the time. A salesman came out and was very respectful and not pushy. Great sales people. Combative body shop manager. Could use some training in customer service. Sales agreed to have Skyline install my "Decked" cargo bed drawer system as Combative body shop manager. Could use some training in customer service. Sales agreed to have Skyline install my "Decked" cargo bed drawer system as part of the sales agreement on my Ranch F150. I brought it to the body shop at 8am. The body shop manager started arguing right away. They had scheduled me at 10am (I have a text for 8am). The body shop manager told me I would be charged for any extra time or modifications to install. This was not part of the agreement I had with Skyline. I felt attacked for something I believed should have been a friendly courteous service. I've been a Skyline customer for 33 years. My son used to work here years ago in the body shop. I was left with a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach today. More

I was very happy with this dealership, however I was displeased that they didn’t advise me of the CARFAX report. After purchasing the vehicle when I got home I found the vehicle was involved in an accid displeased that they didn’t advise me of the CARFAX report. After purchasing the vehicle when I got home I found the vehicle was involved in an accident. I should have asked for the CARFAX. I was to excited finding a vehicle that had everything I wanted that it slipped my mind. More
