This was our first time purchasing a brand new car and our experience could not have been better! Colby was very knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to our needs and found the perfect car for us! When we got in the car to test drive we were overwhelmed by all the new bells and whistles, but he helped us understand all the fancy features. So originally upon buying this vehicle we learned that the break pads needed immediate attention based on skyline fords own repair shop. We were told they couldn’t repair it.. we ended up buying the vehic the break pads needed immediate attention based on skyline fords own repair shop. We were told they couldn’t repair it.. we ended up buying the vehicle but I had to spend on replacing the pads myself. The whole situation was pretty sketchy. With that being said Im changing my review because Skyline Ford made up for the mistake they made. Upon learning about their error they promptly refunded the money I spent on replacing the break pads and discs and I was given a sincere apology. Apparently the guy I worked with on getting the car was a very recent hire. So I’m giving Ford a 5/5 because they acknowledged their mistakes and made things right. I respect places that go the extra mile for making sure they uphold the standards they claim. So thanks for everything and I appreciate the service, the vehicle is great! More
