Had an appt with a loaner for a previous problem that wasn’t fixed. When I got to dealership I had to wait on the street for 15mins because drive in was blocked by cars left by the service dept. Once I get in they said they didn’t have a loaner to give me and would call. They called Tuesday, still didn’t have one. Haven’t heard back from them. I called on Sept 27th and got attitude because I need a morning on certain weeks to drop off my car because of work schedule. More
