Our Toyota ownership experience has been very good, and Brent Brown has been a significant part of that experience. Their "no-hassle" service appointments really are "no-hassle", especially if you have the Toyota Care extended service package. They even check with me before the appointment to see how they can serve me beyond the standard upkeep, and I've been surprised when they've made minor adjustments to the car without charge. The waiting area is comfortable, with lots to look at (including some fantastic vintage Toyota cars!). As we waited for our regular maintenance to be completed, Kyle Bourgeois showed us some of the new cars and did a fantastic job keeping us entertained, even though we were not "in the market" currently. More
