Great people I had Kyle Bourgeois as a salesman. I have worked with other people at Brent Brown Toyota before. Everyone is very knowledgeable and nice, but are sti I had Kyle Bourgeois as a salesman. I have worked with other people at Brent Brown Toyota before. Everyone is very knowledgeable and nice, but are still salesmen. Kyle was much more laid back and easy to talk to and work with. Even though they try and pressure you to buy, Kyle was pretty cool about it and I felt like I could have walked away at any point. He was honest and pretty straight forward with me. But remember, the sales managers don't share all info with the sales guys. So don't hesitate to push back on price. Kyle was willing to go to bat for me when I stuck to my guns. More

Too much waiting for nothing The whole process was way too slow. We were there for 2 days for at least 5 hours a day. It seemed like there were other employees who were not busy w The whole process was way too slow. We were there for 2 days for at least 5 hours a day. It seemed like there were other employees who were not busy with customers, but we were stuck with one. I wish they were helping customers as a team that way it will save everyone's time and make the experience more enjoyable and exciting rather than wanting to avoid. More
