BUYER BEWARE: These are NOT Ford certified preowned vehicles. Since leaving a positive review recently, I have found out new information about my vehicle. My vehicle was advertised as “certified gold” vehicles. Since leaving a positive review recently, I have found out new information about my vehicle. My vehicle was advertised as “certified gold” when I purchased. I have since found out my vehicle is not actually certified preowned. This is just a title that Sunset uses for some of their used vehicles, conveniently matching Fords factory certified preowned program wording. This marketing is deceptive in nature and can make buyers think they are purchasing a vehicle at a higher level than they really are. Attempts to rectify the situation with management at every level have been met with dismissal and u willingness to help. I’ve been promised more information about warranties with the company, but have not received any follow up in weeks. Do not recommend this dealership. More
