Needed a reliable full-size truck I purchased a pre-pwened F150 that just arrived on the lot. Kyle Brewer was my salesperson and he went above and beyond to make sure those items were done properly before the final release of the truck. I little older, but all the bangs and whistles she was looking for. I really appreciate a salesman that will sell you what you want, not what is the most expensive. I also saw a Honda Civic from the STL location, and Kyle brought it to Waterloo for me to see. Liked it so much I ended up trading my truck in for it and doing a double deal. I had a small hiccup with it after getting it home, but Kyle was great in troubleshooting it with me and even had it pulled into the shop real quick to check something...nothing more than a little too much air pressure in a tire. Side note...Bill, from financing, is great to work with too. He made taking my money an enjoyable experience. More
