The employees were extremely helpful and kind. Didn't make me feel pressured. They knew what they were talking about and were very helpful and informative. Kyle, Aaron and Rob were all great! We just left Liberty Subaru and I must say - it went nothing like I expected. From reading reviews of several dealerships I was sure I had found the one for our next family car. I made sure to get pre- nothing like I expected. From reading reviews of several dealerships I was sure I had found the one for our next family car. I made sure to get pre-approved for financing through Chase. We reached out about a Forester we were very interested in purchasing. Scheduled a test drive for this morning at 9:30am. Woke up early - and even hired a babysitter for our child so that my husband and I could both test drive before purchasing. When we arrived - barely anyone acknowledged us but finally someone did ask who we were there to see - they brought our sales guy over - Kyle. Kyle is new - you can tell that much but he was super kind. We tested all of the features of the 2020 Subaru - and test drove. It was a pleasant experience thus far. We pull back into Liberty Subaru lot and a guy screams at Kyle "You didnt see my text!!!" and proceeds to berate him within ear shot about how the car was on hold. Prior to this we were planning on a hassle free purchase of this car. We decide we will go inside while this is going on - 10 minutes later Kyle comes to us and tells us that car is on a hold and no one knew hence why we were able to take it on a test drive but that it is no longer available. Incredulous we ask if the hold is permanent and he says yes. He hands us a sheet of what they have that is comparable - but they are all 5k + higher than the car we had just driven. We tell him no thank you and he says okay and that's that. We still aren't sure if this was a tactic to get us to buy a higher priced car OR if it was because my husband is black. I'm still really unsure - and I wouldn't even think about racism playing a part except that there was a guy in the lobby wearing a Trump Make America Great again shirt and eyeing my husband up and down who was yacking it up with the sales guys. It made us so uncomfortable we stayed in the back corner. Alas - I'm blown away at the level of unprofessionalism shown by the man who was yelling at Kyle in addition to the fact that no one "knew" the car was on a hold and let us test drive AND the fact that not once did they try to offer us anything within that price range with comparable specs. Heck - they didn't even offer us a coffee. haha. I do not recommend this dealership. Obviously. More

Got my first ever new car from Liberty Subaru and it was a great experience. Our sales consultant Kyle was very knowledgeable, calm, and helpful with any questions. We first got in contact through email asking for the out the door price which was reasonable. I was a bit anxious since it’s my first time buying and other dealers I’ve spoken with have been pushy but thankfully I didn’t feel pressured into buying the car. Tom from finance was also friendly and helpful with finishing up the sales! Im happy with my experience! Thank you! More

If you dread the thought car shopping because of games dealers play, then you should try Liberty Subaru. After dealing with the bait and switch act at another dealer I contacted Kyle at Liberty via email. dealers play, then you should try Liberty Subaru. After dealing with the bait and switch act at another dealer I contacted Kyle at Liberty via email. I asked for an out the door price for both Lease and Finance. Within in 2 hours he responded with a very fair price, (twice the savings of the other dealer). We completed the deal via email and phone the first time I went to Liberty was to pick up the car (they even offered and UBER to pick me up). Kyle went over the how to's of the car and then turned me over to Ryan in Finance. Ryan had all the paperwork ready no surprises and was done in 10 minutes and on my way. I have been buying cars since 1965 and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. More

Kyle was the first person I dealt with before I arrived at the dealership. We discussed the Forester the first time. I was given a printout of the lease and I was told to think it over. There was no press at the dealership. We discussed the Forester the first time. I was given a printout of the lease and I was told to think it over. There was no pressure to lease on the spot. When I came back to make my decision to lease, Kyle explained everything in a manner that I understood. He was great to work with. Friendly and professional. When it came time to do the final paperwork, Ryan was amazing in finalizing the paperwork. He worked really had to ensure that the financing went through. Both of these gentlemen are an asset to the dealership. I highly recommend this dealship. More
