From walking into the front door to leaving with my car, the experience was amazing! I felt welcomed and never pressured to buy. Lucy, the lovely young woman that was our sales associate, was knowledgeable the experience was amazing! I felt welcomed and never pressured to buy. Lucy, the lovely young woman that was our sales associate, was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I went in knowing what I wanted and test drove just one car. That is the one I purchased! The closing of the “deal” was also great. Rob was very clear about every step during the purchase. I want to thank Cox for my first stress fee car purchase!!! More

They sold me a truck with engine damage because they use the wrong oil. I bought a 2024 Ram 2500 with the diesel engine and they installed 15W40 oil. There is a technical service bulletin from Ram that says the wrong oil. I bought a 2024 Ram 2500 with the diesel engine and they installed 15W40 oil. There is a technical service bulletin from Ram that says you cannot use 15W40 oil because it would cause engine damage. Cox Chevrolet refuses to undo the deal they change the oil with the correct oil and are acting like everything is fine. After speaking with the local Ram dealership they said that the wrong oil would cause it to void the powertrain warranty and cause engine damage and potentially engine failure. They do not want to help me address the situation other than the oil change that they already did. More
