The whole team at Wilde East Towne Honda was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I bought my first car over ten years ago here. My beloved car unfortunately would not start which resulted in having to to helpful and knowledgeable. I bought my first car over ten years ago here. My beloved car unfortunately would not start which resulted in having to tow it to their location. The service team took care of me with loaning a car with no questions asked. When it came time to making the decision to purchase a new car, I had no hesitation to give my business to Wilde East Towne Honda because of their excellent customer service. I appreciated their professionalism and ability to explain options on both the service and sales side. Purchasing and saying goodbye to a car is no easy task, but the employees, Silas and Kyle, who I worked with allowed me to feel seen, heard, and at ease in making my decisions. I am so happy with my purchase and look forward to continuing to give my business to this great dealership in the future! More

Thank you again for testing the battery and telling me it was okay. Then trying to sell me another one under warranty. Maybe if you spent less time responding to reviews and more time servicing the cars this wouldn't happen. I am so glad I didn't give you $800 for new tires on Friday. Also I missed appointment that cost me $100 because your driver picked me up at the wrong time. I asked the service rep to pick me up at 4:00, he ignored what I said and he got here at 11:00. I felt bad for the driver and went early and missed my appointment. You cost me $300 for nothing. Go to zimbrick everyone. More
