Since we were coming from out of town, he delivered the car at the train station. This is a no hassle, low pressure sale and I would highly recommend to friends and family. 10/10 for Kyle and would be my first call if looking for another vehicle in the future. More

First off. ..I love my preowned certified Santa Fe. My sales associate had answers to my questions and reassured me I could contact him anytime for assistance. Financing was a breeze and everything flowed smoothly until AFTER the sale. Part of the package I was to receive was BlueLink. My sales associate told me the website associated with the service was having issues and I'd be sent a link once it got worked out. Many calls and emails later (to the Sales Associate, Sales Manager, and a General Manager)...NOTHING. I finally took the matter into my own hands and called Hyundai myself. Simple as could be and absolutely NO reason why the service couldn't have been set up at the time of sale. So as the sale went absolutely perfect, they dropped me like a hot potato when I needed assistance and answers. More
