I didn't plan on buying a car that day I visited RBM of Alpharetta to review a 2019 and maybe test ride a few models. I had done some research and had it narrowed down between a few models and dealerships. I sent an informational text and had a response from Kyle in Minutes. He set up a visit within the hour. I let him know I wasn't buying today unless you have a crazy deal for me. He asked some great questions to understand what I was looking for then told me about some deals on new cars that I might enjoy more than the 2019 I was there to see. He was right. I did test drive a few cars but his suggestion coupled with the manufacturers discount was something I could not pass up. The sales process and Kyle in particular was no pressure and strictly informational which made for a great buying experience. More
