We looked, did a few test drives, discussed numbers/options/scenarios and then we left. Two days later I was ready to purchase my vehicle. Easy, honest, transparent, fast and informative are words I’d use to describe my experience. I left feeling like I got a great deal and I am over the moon excited about my Mercedes!!! Here’s the REAL difference in my car buying experience... I was having trouble programming the garage buttons. I reached out to Elizabeth (the sweet gal that gave me the car tutorial) and she messaged back immediately. Kyle was looped into the conversation and called me asking if he could schedule a time to come to my house to troubleshoot!!! What? Now that is customer service!!!!
