I recently was in a head on collision in my Mercedes 250 CLA. To say the car (and the Man upstairs) literally saved my life would be an understatement. All of the rescue workers at the scene said that the car protected me and did exactly what it was supposed to do. The car was totaled, but I'm here. My family has purchased several vehicles from RBM Alpharetta over the past few years, and Kyle E. has always been our person. But in this situation, he went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the support in finding another car and very quickly. He even drove my new car to my home for me, since I couldn't drive. He had shared my accident with everyone at the dealership, and when I walked in to purchase another car, he and many others greeted me with a hug. This is a special dealership, and I'll be a Mercedes girl for the rest of my life:) Kyle is an exceptional representative for Mercedes, and as long as he is there, my family will keep coming back. More
