Wow, what a place. I’ve bought a lot of cars through out the years and this has been the easiest experience if my life. I wanted to buy a new camry for my wife. I told him what I was looking for and he went out and found a car just like I described and negotiations were light hearted and didn’t ruin the fun of buying a new car for my wife, and that’s usually the worst part is the pricing but I have to say Daytona Toyota and Gary Coombs made it easy! Sales (Kory) was AWESOME - Finance Department - MAJOR FAIL!!!! I had to wait 4 hours for financing after informing them first thing in the morning of an important Doctors appointment. I barely made it FAIL!!!! I had to wait 4 hours for financing after informing them first thing in the morning of an important Doctors appointment. I barely made it in time. Apparently, a new Finance Mgr was having issues with the process, (system issues, information issues, and a few more). I don't blame Kiki for the whole issue, the training Manager should have helped manage the entire process to make sure the customer satisfaction was held up to your high standards. I should not have had to wait over 3 days to receive my email documents. I am very happy with the Sales part of the service. However, the Finance Department had my already high blood pressure and anxiety thru the roof. More
