Sales (Kory) was AWESOME - Finance Department - MAJOR FAIL!!!! I had to wait 4 hours for financing after informing them first thing in the morning of an important Doctors appointment. Apparently, a new Finance Mgr was having issues with the process, (system issues, information issues, and a few more). I don't blame Kiki for the whole issue, the training Manager should have helped manage the entire process to make sure the customer satisfaction was held up to your high standards. I should not have had to wait over 3 days to receive my email documents. I am very happy with the Sales part of the service. However, the Finance Department had my already high blood pressure and anxiety thru the roof. More
