Process started with Alejandra at the VEP desk. Was originally going to trade in my other truck but we decided to keep it as well. Kyle Haines and Tony in finance were amazing. Made the deal extremely smooth and was such an easy process. Was in and out in only a couple hours. And got hooked up with the 500 accessory rebate. Made it even better! I was told my car had features it didn't - even when I asked the salesperson specifically for those features. Dealership wasn't very helpful when I went back in.
